On Tuesday, August 31, 2027 don your, exclusive RockMount Ranch Wear shirt (courtesy of the Mizel-Mandarich Foundation) and straw hat to meet the Denver Rustlers at Shanahan’s Steakhouse (5085 S Syracuse St, Denver, CO 80237)

Parking Instructions-

Parking is available in the free, attached covered parking garage located at the RE/MAX building (5075 S Syracuse St). Look for the directional signs indicating visitor and restaurant parking. Please do not park in the Shanahan’s lot as it is reserved during the morning.

Registration & Brunch-

9:00am-11:00am:

• Registration begins until bus departure. Please, pick up your name tag and enjoy a complimentary brunch at Shanahan’s

• If you are not joining us in Pueblo, please feel free to enjoy Shanahan’s until 12.

Leaving Denver-

 11:00am:

• There will be two busses that leave from Shanahan’s at exactly 11:00am and head to Pueblo.

Stop-

12:30pm:

•  Buses stop at Exit 111 and meet up with our official escort provided by the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Department, the Governor and other elected officials switch buses.

Arrival/State Fair-

1 p.m.

• Red carpet arrival at the Colorado State Fair, meet and greet with student exhibitors and their animals. Meal and cocktails provided.

 Livestock Sale-

2:00-5:00 pm.  

• Junior Livestock auction begins at 2:00pm and runs until approximately 5:00pm.

 Returning to Denver-

4:00 p.m.

• First bus leaves for return trip to Shanahan’s Steakhouse, Denver.

 5:30 p.m.

• Second and final bus leaves for return trip to Denver.
