SCHEDULE FOR 2009
CHAMPION JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SALE
TUESDAY, August 31, 2010

11:00 a.m.  Check in, pick up your name tag and have a light meal at Del
                  Frisco’s located at 8100 East Orchard Road in Greenwood Village
                  (I-25 and Orchard Road on the East side of the highway).

12:30 p.m. Board buses.

2:30 p.m.   Buses stop at Rest Stop North of Pueblo to join a Police Escort.

3:00 p.m.   Arrive at the main gate of the Colorado State Fair for your VIP Red
                 Carpet welcome. Colorado State Fair Band will play and all the kids
                 will be lined up asking you to bid on their animals.

3:00 p.m.   Event Center Opens. Meal and cocktails will be provided.

3:30 p.m.   The Junior Livestock Sale begins.

5:30 p.m.   Livestock Sale Ends. Purchaser of the Grand Champion will be
                  introduced at the Rodeo.

5:30 p.m.   First bus leaves for return trip to Denver.

7:00 p.m.   Buses leave for return trip to Denver.
